You only need to choose an AI assistant, open it and find where messages are typed. You will write your first prompt with us inside the learning journey.

Use the option that feels most familiar
KeepCalmAI works with all of these tools. You do not need to install an app—their official websites work in a web browser.
Start with the free option
A free account is enough to complete the KeepCalmAI journeys. You do not need to pay for an AI subscription to begin.
Get ready
Open your chosen AI tool
Its screen may look a little different from someone else’s. You only need to find the place where a message would be typed.
- Open the official website. Use the button below so you know you are visiting the correct place.
- Sign in if you are asked. Some tools may let you begin immediately; others may ask for an account.
- Start a new chat or conversation. Look for wording such as “New chat”.
- Find the message box. It is often near the bottom of the screen.
- Stop there for now. Do not type or send anything yet—you will write your first prompt with us.
If the tool is already inside another app
Microsoft Copilot may already appear in Windows or a Microsoft app. Google Gemini may already appear in a Google service. You can use it there instead—the message area may simply be in a side panel or under an AI button.
Nothing needs to be shared yet
This setup does not ask you to enter a prompt or personal information. Leave the AI tool open, then return to KeepCalmAI when you are ready.
